Newsletter #5 of September 17, 2026 “the 13 MOTTES”
Publié le 17 September 2026
The first games in the *13 Mottes* series are currently in development.
The *13 Mottes* series employs an original game mechanic developed by Syngaméon, combining elements of historical wargaming (using dynamic, upright blocks that move across the board and are visible only to their owner) with chess-like strategy games (where the same blocks are laid flat, remaining stationary and visible while exerting a static influence).
The range spans from the abstract to the historical. These are relatively simple games designed for 2 to 4 players; they are faster-paced and easier to learn than our other titles, and because they all share the same core rules, players can easily switch from one game to another.
